Graduate Programme

Another route for ambitious employees is to join our Graduate Leadership Program. This Program has been designed to provide degree qualified (or near qualified) graduates with development and general management experience.

The Program will build your leadership, presentation and time management skills. It will also broaden your business knowledge and is a key step in achieving your career aspirations. Successful graduates will be appointed to the position of Area Manager or Training Manager within KFC or Pizza Hut - two of the world's leading restaurant brands.

During the Program you'll get the opportunity to rotate through different roles to help you determine the career path you would like to pursue. The number of roles you complete will depend on the overall needs of the business at the time. Typically, you can expect to complete three rotations within the various departments over a three to four year period.

To take advantage of this Program you'll need to have strong retail operation or hospitality experience. You'll also have either completed a University Degree (preferably business related) or be near completion of one.
