Restaurant General Manager
The smooth running of the restaurant is what this job is all about. You'll manage its operation the KFC way and take the lead in achieving customer, profit, sales and employee performance goals.
Serving as a role model to a group of Assistant Restaurant Managers and Team Members, you'll motivate and lead them to work as one so that they achieve great results. And you'll reward and recognise their efforts along the way.
You'll act like an owner and have the opportunity to make decisions that impact the overall business results.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
As the right hand person to the General Manager, you'll assist in managing the restaurant and share responsibility for achieving customer, profit, sales and employee performance goals.
The restaurant's Team Members, their movements and activities are your responsibility. You'll ensure they adhere to all safety procedures and allocate shift duties to each of them. You'll also assist with the development and training of the team.
As someone your team can look up to, you'll provide coaching and support where necessary and champion our "How We Work Together" principles.
