The fast food shake-up in Australia started in ’68 when a young Canadian opened the first KFC restaurant at Guildford in Sydney’s west.
Since then we’ve grown visibly and now have over 600 stores in Australia and New Zealand and over 12,000 employees working on a full-time, part-time or casual basis in Australia alone.
A pretty big achievement considering our first restaurant opened with just 25 staff.
