Career Opportunities
Most of our Restaurant Managers started out as Team Members and would be happy to discuss any career opportunities with you. They speak from experience and will tell you how they progressed.
Our Shift Supervisors are all Team Members who have been cross-trained in restaurant skills and then moved to the first level of the Management Training Program.
From here, the opportunities are endless. Many of our Shift Supervisors have become Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant General Managers. And even when you reach this level, there is still room to further your career.
