The Job
Roles
Under the general Team Member name, there are three different job roles you can choose from. The name (almost) stays the same, as do some of the tasks, but the area you work in will change. The choice is yours!
Customer Service Team Member (CSTM)
Working on the frontline, you'll be the smiling face and friendly voice of KFC.
Drive Thru Team Member
You'll play much the same role as the CSTM, except you'll be serving those customers who pull up on wheels.
Food Service Team Member (FSTM)
A row behind the frontline, you'll be making things happen in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
No matter which area you work in, your duties will more or less remain the same. You will prepare, store, pack and deliver great tasting food to our customers the KFC way. You will be organised, friendly and well mannered, making sure you live by our Vision and Values.
In everything you do, you should always keep in mind our work standards: cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product and speed of service. Our customers are number one and our brand is powerful. We'll give you all the training necessary to ensure we keep our customers happy.
